If it doesn’t challenge you,
it doesn’t change you!

Roots of Serenity
A Journey from Silicon Valley to the Heart of Chi Kung

Since my youth, I’ve been fascinated by Eastern, in particular Chinese, wisdom and philosophy.
Later in my career in the IT industry, the need to balance the high stress levels of my daily life became more and more apparent.
Several methods I tried were not effective though.
They provided neither the much needed deep relaxation, nor the fresh energy, which I was looking for.
Finally in 1993, under adventurous circumstances – among others, a motorcycle accident in the hills of the Silicon Valley – I got to know Master Lam who had just published his first book The Way of Energy.
Momentarily, I was convinced by the power and results of his extraordinary Chi Kung.
It didn’t take long, and regular Chi Kung training became an essential part of my life.
From that time on, I have mastered the steadily increasing professional requirements of my career in the IT industry in the best of health and with inner strength and serenity.
Since then, I’m experiencing the benefits of Chi Kung every day.
It is always a great pleasure for me to teach this art to my students.
I wholeheartedly invite you to discover the positive effects of Chi Kung for yourself !
